Thanks for your review, it was so kind. We get such lovely people through our doors both in the pub and the B&B and its then so easy to just be ourselves and enjoy the people we have through. Thank you

Response from Oxford Arms:
Many thanks for your review, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm sorry you weren't entirely satisfied with your room, the room you stayed in is due for an upgrade this winter and though not an excuse we can only do things as we can afford. Thank you for your honesty, it is really important to us.

Bathroom should be condemned.
Response from Oxford Arms:
Mr Dawson, sorry you were dissatisfied with your stay, however I think your review is rather exaggerated. Much of our pub was built in the 17th C but has a Victorian facade so I can understand your confusion. As to the bathroom, it is a pity you didn't voice your concerns during your stay, as we do listen and apreciate any feedback given to us, positive and negative, so we can resolve any issues. Thank you for complimenting our food, atmosphere and friendliness. we do appriciate the feedback

The friendliness of the staff - the evening meal was really tasty - well done and great value for money. Breakfast was very good.
Dislikes:
The wifi did not work - and there was no TV in the room - It wasnt clear on the booking site that there was no TV - although other rooms specified TV and this room - no 6 did not specify a TV.
Response from Oxford Arms:
Hi, many thanks for reviewing your stay with us. I'm sorry the wifi did not work on this occasion, Kington is on catchup, for wifi and our connection and speed is always hit and miss, sometimes great, other times not so. With regards to there being no TV in your room, I'm now aware that our website is quite ambiguous, unintentionally, and I'll endeavour to change it.
We really appreciate your input as without these we can't make changes. I am glad you enjoyed the rest of your stay. Sadie
